I am passionate about providing non-judgmental, loving, physical, emotional, and informational support. This is your birth and I’d like to support and guide you as you welcome your new baby and grow as a family. My doula work takes place wherever you choose to give birth, at home, birth center, or in the hospital.

Documentary style photography of the birth of your child. One of the most tender, life changing moments of your life deserves to be captured. Trained as a doula, I have a great understanding of how to be a calm presence in the birth space capturing moments of this amazing transformation, but giving you room to feel comfortable and stay present with your labor and birth. Having images to look back at your birth journey and the moment you meet the love of your lives is a treasure that cannot be recreated.

One 1 hour prenatal visit to get to know you, understand your priorities and hopes for your postpartum, create a postpartum plan, and cover any other questions you may have. Text and phone support from the time you book with me through the end of our contract for all parent and baby-related needs. Visits at home to help you adjust to the many changes and possible challenges you encounter as your family adapts to your new baby. I will help you with self-care recovery measures, give information on baby care, help you learn to care for your baby, chest/breastfeeding or feeding support, prepare light meals, and offer minor household assistance, including grocery shopping, laundry, and dishwashing. I do not take over care of the baby but will assist you in learning how to care for the baby’s needs. I do not diagnose medical conditions in the mother or baby but will refer you to a health care provider or IBCLC for professional chest/breastfeeding support when appropriate. Community referrals.
