Provides outpatient mental health counseling for individuals, children, and families. Provides outpatient substance use disorder counseling, including educational courses like Prime for Life and ACT. Provides psychiatric medication management and evaluation, comprehensive targeted case management, community support, and certified behavioral health peer support. Hours of Operations - Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
