Hello! I am a certified perinatal mental health practitioner serving women all across Montana. I offer you my presence, experience and dedication to support you in your own healing in a safe, non-judgmental space.

I have been a licensed psychotherapist since 2009 with extensive training in CBT, ACT, Attachment Focused Therapy, Mindfulness. After taking a sabbatical and traveling the world, I moved to Montana in 2017, where I started a family and became a mama. Here I experienced the joy, but also challenges of becoming a mama, including postpartum depression and anxiety, and chronic health issues. I since became even more dedicated to perinatal care, helping parents adjust to this new chapter in life.

I am based in the Missoula/Bitterroot area, but most of my practice is remote with the convenience of virtual sessions. This allows moms to have access to mental health care from the comfort of their homes, whether they have a newborn or live in a rural area. As an independent, private practice therapist, I value privacy and trust. Therapy sessions will NEVER be recorded or AI used. Ever.

I accept some health insurances and discounted fees are available for self-pay clients.
