Lactation / Breastfeeding Support Services
Description
Our breastfeeding support includes: *Breastfeeding education throughout your prenatal care *Encouragement to attend a prenatal breastfeeding class *Assistance in breastfeeding initiation by your midwife as well as the nursing staff and certified lactation consultants at the hospital *Ongoing lactation support throughout the postpartum period *Referral to local lactation consultant experts for more complex lactation needs
