Mother Moon Project

The primary purpose of Mother Moon Project is to promote well-being for pregnant and postpartum people, thus creating generational health; to increase access to maternal heatlh services within our community to all people expecting babies, especially those who experience disproportionate barriers due to financial and social status; decrease barriers to pre-existing government programs and other community-based resources for pregnant people and families; educate the public about the need for maternal health services and support; increase knowledge of and access to the existing providers within the birth and postpartum community; and lastly, healthy communities are made of healthy families. We provide wraparound support for new families as a means of creating a healthy community.
