If someone has access to your browser history, please consider deleting your browser history or using a public computer. If you are able, please call our office or the YWCA crisis line (800) 483-7858 directly; they are the most effective and safest ways to get the help you need. If email is the safest way for you to contact us please tell us that. Please also let us know if it is safe for us to email you back.
