Dynamic Doula and Lactation Services

I support families who are passionate about having their positive birth and postpartum experience. I believe a mothers instinct is powerful and deserves to be respected and supported. I’m an advocate of informed consent and love empowering families to make the best decisions for themselves and their baby. I support all types of pregnancies and births and have experience with home birth, hospital births, and birth centers. All of my clients receive access to my childbirth education course to help them and their partner prepare for birth.

During the postpartum I support families with education and postpartum support, newborn care, birth trauma, cooking meals, light cleaning and household chores, emotional support.

As a certified lactation counselor, I work with breastfeeding mothers with lactation education, latching support, milk supply, pumping, going back to work etc.

I also offer a holistic approach to normal infant and child sleep and support families with getting more sleep without crying-it-out or sleep training. This approach supports the attachment and development of the child and family dyad.
