You deserve excellent, nonjudgmental, compassionate care that centers around your needs and goals. Central Montana Family Planning is a reproductive and sexual healthcare clinic for Central Montana. We are here for you, and our hope is to make healthcare easy, private, safe, and affordable.

We use a sliding fee scale, which means what you pay is based on income. Whether you have health insurance, Medicaid, or no insurance, you are welcome at Central MT Family Planning.

We offer a variety of services and are located in a great building with lots of parking and privacy. Central Montana Family Planning complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.

Description

Affordable (sliding fee scale) Private insurance and Medicaid accepted. Confidential services for men, women and teens. Physical examinations for breast, pelvic, Pap smears, UTI, vaginal infection screening. STI testing and treatment of clients and partners along with prevention education. Rapid HIV, Rapid Syphilis, Hep A, B, C screening, Urine testing for pregnancy with counseling, education and referral services. Blood draws for labs. Reproductive health services including reproductive life planning and sexual health assessments. On-site dispensing of oral contraceptives, Nuva ring, injectable contraceptives (Depo Provera) and LARC options (long acting reversible contraception) placement and removals of IUD (5 kinds available) and Nexplanon. Fertility Awareness Based methods available with education and instruction. Referral for both male and female sterilization with possible funding assistance. LGBTQ friendly, services are equitable and inclusionary. Individual and family as well as public speaking on puberty education, contraceptives and women's and men's health screening and services. Emergency Contraceptive available. Free Fecal test kits available. Vaccinations for HPV-9 available for all ages and incomes. Fergus County Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program staff with referrals and resources. Fergus County Montana Cancer Screening Program staff with referrals and resources to help pay for breast and cervical cancer screening. Worksite wellness program and partnerships with local businesses. Free prenatal vitamins, Folic Acid, diapers, wipes and pullups. Free menstrual products. School and Community Presentations. Appointments and provider availability with limited wait times. Sharps containers available for distribution and receiving for proper disposal. Enhanced Confidentiality is also offered to all client services. Community linkages and partnerships with referrals
