Hope Springs Maternal Mom's Group

Join us for a mom's group for those with littles under 3 years of age. Every 1st Thursday at 10:30 am at Helena Birth Studio.

Our groups is confidential, safe, respectful, judgement free, compassionate, and an advice free zone.

Being a mom to little ones can feel like an exhausting rollercoaster - one minute joyful, the next full of despair. It's hard to find time to sleep, eat or shower. Depression, anxiety or scary thoughts are common. Guilt sets in. Advice-free but aware, these peers provide the looking glass for a mom to recognize herself when most days all the focus is aimed towards her child.

At Hope Springs Maternal, we create space for compassion and celebrate the hard work we do each day.

Led by Sheri Walker RNPMH-C, doula and childbirth educator, and Tiffany Robinson CNM, this support group is available for any new moms.
