Arrowroot Counseling

I look forward to supporting the variety of needs of mothers, fathers, and people in the perinatal period through counseling and other services. I am also a member of the Helena Village Collective and provide birth story circles that are sponsored by the HVC. I’m currently adding another speciality to my PMH-C. I am in the process of becoming a third party reproduction mental health provider. I plan to complete this in 2025. I am also a clinical supervisor to interns and counselor candidates who are looking to specialize in perinatal mental health.
