Our Services at School-Based Health Centers include: Preventive Care: Wellness checks, sports physicals and other annual exams. Acute Health Care: Diagnosis and treatment of sudden onset conditions, referrals and follow-up visits as necessary. Chronic Care: Monitoring and treatment of student’s chronic needs in partnership with a family provider. Mental Health Services: Assessing, treating, and managing medications for student’s mental health. Health Education: Sharing our knowledge with parents, educators and students.
