Family Outreach

Description

Family Outreach provides individuals and families with personalized innovative support to empower people with disabilities. Our Early Intervention services provide support for families who have children with developmental delays or disabilities in western Montana. Early Intervention services at Family Outreach are designed to address a family’s specific educational and resource needs as they care for a child experiencing delays in their development or disabilities. All services are free of charge and eligible children may be entitled to receive financial support for pediatric services.

Description

Family Outreach Early Intervention services include Part C services for children 0 to 36 months and Family Education and Support Services (FES) for children ages 3 to 8 years. Our Part C of the IDEA services are for children from birth to 36 months in eleven counties surrounding Bozeman, Butte and Helena. Eligibility for early intervention services is based on an evaluation of the child’s skills and abilities and determined by a multidisciplinary team. All eligible children are provided services at no cost to the family regardless of income.
